Personal data we process
Dialog processes your personal data when you use our services and/or when you provide this information to us. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company name
- Project name
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify the age of a visitor. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without consent, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will delete this information.
Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data
Dialog processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Sending our newsletter and/or promotional materials
- Contacting you by phone or email when necessary to provide our services
- Informing you about changes to our services and products
Dialog does not make decisions with significant consequences for individuals based solely on automated processing. This refers to decisions made by computer programs or systems without the involvement of a human (e.g., a Dialog employee).
Retention of personal data
Dialog retains your personal data as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter or have indicated in any other way that Dialog is no longer allowed to process your personal data.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Dialog only provides personal data to third parties if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Dialog uses only technical and functional cookies, as well as analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your user convenience. They ensure that the website functions properly and remember your preferences, for example. Accessing, correcting, or deleting personal data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Dialog, as well as the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization you have specified.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your identity document with the request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy for privacy protection. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks.

How we secure personal data
Dialog takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration.
