1. Duration and Participation

• The registration runs from 1 October to 31 October 2026 inclusive.

• Participation is only possible if a signed agreement or confirmation of order has been received by 31 December 2026 at the latest.

• The project may be set up and used immediately during the promotion period.

• The licence fees for the new project will be €0 from the agreed start date

up to and including 31 December 2026.

• From 1 January 2027, the standard rate agreed in writing in advance

will automatically apply.

• The customer must immediately enter into a paid agreement covering at least the whole of 2027.

• Invoicing for 2027 will preferably take place annually in advance, effective from 1 January 2027.

 

2. What counts as a new project?

• The project has its own brief, project name, project area and

project manager.

• The project did not yet exist as an active or paid Dialog project prior to 1 October 2026.

• Moving, renaming, splitting or re-registering an existing

project does not count as a new project.

• Existing users or licences may not be administratively transferred to the promotional project

to replace existing turnover.

• A renewal or an existing quote issued before 1 October 2026 is not automatically covered by the promotion.

• In cases of doubt, Dialog will decide on the basis of pre-defined criteria.

• Extensions to existing licences are excluded from participation.

3. Minimum commitment

• a minimum of 3 paying users from 1 January 2027;

• a contract term of at least 12 months;

• a pre-agreed minimum number of users and annual fee;

• no reduction in the agreed minimum number of users during the contract period;

• adding extra users remains possible throughout 2027 at the standard

rate;

• The discount for 2026 cannot be converted into cash or offset against

other services.

4. Costs that are not free of charge

• Only the licence fees for the new project are free of charge.

• Any additional implementation, configuration, migration, customisation, integrations,

additional training and consultancy will still be charged.

• One standard kick-off meeting or basic training session may be included.

• Travel and accommodation costs are excluded from this offer.

• Work outside the standard configuration will be quoted in advance.
